Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

Eddie Hall - At Potarch, Aberdeenshire –18th April 2019

Eddie travelled to Potarch along with Nick Best, Robert Oberst & Brian shaw to record an episode of The Strongest Man in History, a series created by the History Channel. Eddie attempted to carry the stones across the bridge at Potarch without setting them down and managed a distance of 6 feet 10.75 inches. Eddie's lift was witnessed by Stevie Shanks, Brett Nicol, Jim & Rosemary Splaine, Helen Knowles, Malcolm Nicol & the large crowd of spectators, lifters and film crew in attendance.
